The club first opened its doors in 1953 as the Harris social club.
A snooker area was built in 1979, which has now been coverted into a comfortable lounge area. On 27th February 1985, The Club changed its name to The Norbridge Social Club. The next extension was to the hall on the right hand side, which we had a helping hand in funding from the brewery. The next addition in 1989 was a snooker room and new entrance area.
Smaller changes were made to how the club looks now including a full redecoration of the main hall and members bar.
(If Any member has any more information on the history of the club or even old images please send me detail via the contact page it will be very much appreciated.
